TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
The health and safety of our patients and their family members, staff, professional staff, and our community is our utmost priority. In response to the rise in COVID-19 cases in Northwestern Ontario, travel restrictions have been updated at our Hospital.
Individuals who travel outside Canada in the past 14 days will fail the mandatory screening at the entrance to our facilities and will not be allowed in to visit.
A failed screen will not prevent patients from accessing services. Those who require urgent care will be able to safely access it in our hospital. Decisions regarding in-person appointments for those who have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days will be made on a case by case basis.
Travel restrictions can change frequently and will be updated as the situation evolves.
COVID-19 VACCINATION STATUS
All individuals entering our facility will be asked their vaccination status for vaccine update into their charts.
Please arrive your with vaccine dates for both doses and the type of vaccine you received. Kindly provide this information when requested by the screener. Thank you for your co-operation.

Effective immediately, for the safety of our patients and staff, all group sessions and most in-person appointments are suspended temporarily until further notice due to COVID-19. Please note, we are still offering telephone or virtual appointments with our health care providers.
Please contact us at (807) 223-7406 for further information.
All individuals entering the building will be screened at the door, as well as in-advance by phone if they have a scheduled appointment. Please wear your own mask if you have to come in, or you are accompanying a patient into the facility. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you to wear during the visit. We kindly ask that patients call instead of coming into the clinic when possible. Thank you for your co-operation.
